First and foremost, coaching is a permission based professional relationship firmly rooted in trust.

My commitment to ethical professional practice includes acting in accordance with the International Coach Federation ethical guidelines.    

These guidelines are consistent with my personal practice values of competence, confidentiality, integrity and credibility.

My statement of ethics includes embracing and demonstrating the highest standard of professional standards of conduct and ethical values.  I will use the following criteria for evaluating my personal actions:

I will maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality with all client and sponsor information. I will have a clear agreement or contract before releasing information to another person, unless required by law.

I will have a clear agreement upon how coaching information will be exchanged among coach, client and sponsor.
